Meet James
James O’Neal is an educator, keynote speaker, and founder of Mastery For All. With more than 15 years of experience in education, he has supported teachers, leaders, and schools in building classrooms where all students can succeed.
He is a National Board Certified Teacher and was named Teacher of the Year at Piedmont IB Middle School. James was also recognized as a finalist for the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching.
Through Mastery For All, he partners with schools and districts to strengthen instructional practice, support educators, and improve student outcomes.
His work focuses on building environments where students believe they can succeed, educators believe in their students, and schools create systems that support mastery for all.
