Teacher's How's Your Customer Service, BOSS!?!

𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐈𝐒 𝐀 𝐁𝐎𝐒𝐒!!!!!! We get to create atmospheres where our students are supported, loved, challenged, and most of all encouraged to be the best that they can be! How is your customer service? No matter what grade you teach, every child should know that "we have their back" and we are there to ensure their 𝐒𝐔𝐂𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒! One way to ensure the success of our students is to ask them what works best for them. I began giving surveys several years ago to see how effective my students felt my instruction was. If you are going to give surveys you should always do these three things: 𝟏. 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐲𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝟐. 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟑. 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬' 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 I know that there are soooooo many things against us in education but at the end of the day... 𝗪𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐁𝐎𝐒𝐒𝐄𝐒!!!! What do you think?
